These are beautiful, high quality fluorite stones with amazing colours and banding about 1-1.5″ in size.

The colour of fluorite ranges anywhere from an almost clear with a green hue to a mix of deep purple and green. Some fluorite even has an aqua colour.

It is believed to ground excess energy. It is also excellent for the mind, as it helps one to grasp higher ideals and advances the cognitive process.

The name fluorite comes from the Latin fleure, “to flow”, because it melts easily and is used as a flux in the smelting of ores. It’s also used as an ingredient in glass, enamels and for carvings because of its softness and translucency.
